At Plantbox Products Ltd, we want you to love your purchase. Our products are handmade with care, and we stand behind their quality. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities under New Zealand law.
Your Rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)
If your item is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We will work with you promptly to resolve any issues.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our planter boxes. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
If you’d prefer to keep your planter but want a different look, we also offer a colour swap within the same 30-day period. Simply return your original planter in good condition, and we’ll send you a replacement in your chosen finish.
Conditions of Return

Items must be returned in their original condition (undamaged, clean, and unmodified).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

For colour swaps, shipping of the replacement planter will be covered by the customer. Standard shipping rates will apply.

Reporting a Fault or Issue
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@plantboxproducts.co.nz Please include your order number, details of the issue, and photos if possible.
Process for Returns
