At Plantbox Products Ltd, we aim to get your planter boxes delivered safely and efficiently. Please read below for details on how we manage shipping within New Zealand.
Delivery Areas

We currently ship throughout New Zealand.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Times
- We carry a limited volume of stock and products are often made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before dispatch.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

North Island: 2–4 business days

South Island: 3–6 business days

Rural deliveries may take longer. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and delays outside our control (e.g. courier disruptions, weather events) may occur.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer flat-rate shipping or free shipping promotions.
Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@plantboxproducts.co.nz, including your order number and photos if possible.

If an order is delayed or missing, we will work with the courier company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.

Large or bulky items (such as our planter boxes) may require someone to be present at delivery. If no one is available, the courier may leave the item in a safe place or a redelivery may need to be arranged.
