  • All products are handmade, and slight variations in colour, finish, or size may occur.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, there are pricing errors, or if we believe the order is fraudulent.

  • Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

3. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the payment methods offered on our website.

  • Your order is confirmed once payment has cleared.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver throughout New Zealand using trusted courier partners.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. While we take all reasonable steps to meet these, delays outside our control may occur.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 are protected.

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
